Tyre reviews Gislaved Nord Frost 3. Страница 4 121

The tires were very much liked. A bit noisy at speeds of 40-60 km/h, very noticeable in the city. On snow, they behave perfectly, never got stuck, although I drove on rural roads. On the front right tire, about 5-10 studs came off, the rest are in order. I'm not sure about the quality, as a lot of load was hung on them, I put them on other rims - the picture is the same.

Excellent tire, bought a car on it. One of the best studded tires I've ever driven on. Very quiet and soft. Changed it because it was already 8 years old. All studs were still on, but they were worn out. Too bad this model is no longer being produced.

Made in Germany. Complete disappointment! First year lost 3-4 studs from the tire, second year lost another 3-4 studs + studs corroded and deformed, third year 2 tires became bald, since the studs protruded inward. Quality is zero: studs were installed to different depths and crookedly, but it may be the result of Russian stud installation.
In terms of "road" feelings, the tires are decent, but they fear snowy-salt mixture (

Studs make noise, that's what they're for
Took studded tires... They're as loud as a tractor) On the highway without ABS, it's like having ABS. Soft... in winter, it pulled me out of any hole

Good tires for reasonable money
when driving in the city, the tires almost do not wear out, but if you go on rough asphalt and push to the limit, it also behaves well, the wear is normal
Pros: good tires for reasonable money
Cons: starts to wear out at positive temperatures...- Control on a dry road

three years in a mixed cycle, the fourth year with a remaining 5mm, can still be used, although 50% of the studs have worn off, positive review, haven't driven this long on any other tires before, didn't deliberately provoke and wouldn't have been able to, they hold the road perfectly, will buy new ones from the same concern

Good driving performance, almost quiet, durable, bought in 2004, tread depth is almost unchanged, only a little bit of tire aging, I think I can still get 3-4 seasons out of them.
