The tire is not bad overall, until the ice sets in. On snow, it's a 5, on water, it's a 5, but on ice (when driving in the city), it slips and doesn't want to stop. (If you're driving on the highway in full ice, I got stuck in the Pskov region, drove to St. Petersburg through Velikie Luki in the Pskov region, there were a lot of turns, the road wasn't salted at all), it holds the road, although the ESP worked excellently, almost never turning off. The result: on the highway at speed, it holds the road firmly, probably because the tread is cleaned by rotation, the tire holds the road, but in the city, the tread is clogged with snow, it slips and doesn't want to stop. There's almost no noise, it exits the rut, but not eagerly (possibly because there are no studs). Overall, the tire is good, but very expensive.

The area of use is Krasnodar, Krasnodar region. After 800 km. On dry and wet asphalt, it behaves perfectly, but on a snowy road and if there is an icy crust, you need to turn very, very carefully and slowly (there are no lateral elements of the tire that would catch when turning). On a straight road on a snowy road, loose snow, snow with ice formed due to thawing and freezing, and snowdrifts, if you drive carefully without fanaticism, there are no problems. After ~6000 km, there were fewer comments, either due to better running-in, or because bad road conditions have not yet been encountered, or I got used to the features of this tire. The final conclusion has not been made yet.

I always chose studded tires, always!!!

But here I wanted to try non-studded tires

My car is a BMW 530d. It drives great, brakes confidently. As for wear, I don't know, 3000 km is not enough to understand.

And aquaplaning, I didn't experience it, there was no rain)).

When skidding sideways on ice, you need to be more careful in the yards.

(And in general, in winter, you need to be careful on any tires)

In everything else, it's just great.

I should have tried non-studded tires on my own experience earlier.

I hope my review will help someone with choosing tires.

I took on this model for the season, it's a new one and it topped the German tests, so that sealed the deal. Before that, I was on a Bridgestone, but those were studded, but the impressions were fantastic. I think these tyres won't disappoint. The only downside is that they're not widely available, they were brought in especially for me.

I read reviews and tests and bought them. One disappointment. I understood that these are tires for European winter and I've driven a lot on similar European-type tires from other manufacturers and expected something similar, like Goodyear Performance or Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3. But these... just amazed me... not only do they scare with their behavior on ice... they also throw sand everywhere. If the road is covered with sand, it hits the arches, doors, and bottom... it flies in all directions. I get out of the car and check if the paint is scratched or not... I didn't even think such a thing was possible. In this wretched tread, small stones get stuck. In general, I transferred them to the category of summer and all-season tires. In the summer, you can safely drive on them. Just not on sand:) In conclusion, I'll say that for two years now, I've wanted to just throw them away.

The first tires I bought, unfortunately, I didn't have the experience and knowledge to choose the right ones, and I didn't consider that we have a harsh climate and conditions, while these tires are for European winters. In general, the main disadvantage is that they handle poorly on packed snow and ice, and brake badly, and can't even make it up a hill at -20°C. Only snow chains can save the situation. In general, these tires are not suitable for northern regions, and again, this is my mistake.

In my opinion, the tires are good. Quiet. They behave quite predictably both in mud and on the highway. Handling is good. On ice, you need to be more careful, but that's the case with all traction tires, and not just them. Winter doesn't forgive mistakes. Would I buy them again? Most likely yes.

In general, the tires met expectations. For a warm winter without snow, as stated in the technical specifications. For Kaliningrad roads, it's just right

Tires for the European soft winter. I've driven 3 seasons on them and they've already worn out significantly. On dry roads, they're super. They handle confidently even at 220 km/h. On wet roads, they're okay. But when it comes to ice, it's a disappointment... you can only move at 30-40 km/h on them. Because at 55 km/h, the car skidded twice on a straight road. Once, I even couldn't get out of the skid, it spun 110 degrees, luckily there was no one on the road. I bought them after reading reviews, tests, and feedback. I live in Stavropol and the winters here are mild. But 2-3 weeks a year, the ice is strong. Because of these three weeks, there's no point in buying studded tires. Next season, I'll get traction tires again, but not Bridgestone...

Tires at a frost above 25 degrees harden. When braking on a slippery road, at some intersections, the car skids. Either on snowy turns, it skids, while the car's speed is 15-20 km/h. The tires are unsafe. On asphalt, they are noisy, as if you're driving on studded tires.
