I bought these tires due to the lack of studded alternatives in the original (various widths) size. I chose the DM V3 based on my life experience in the Far East (where they are considered the best) and I have never regretted it! In the middle lane, the tires also show themselves perfectly. Excellent grip on all types of winter coatings (even by the standards of studded tires) and, most importantly, understandable and predictable handling. They work well with the car's stabilization systems. And all this with a high level of comfort, characteristic of non-studded tires. One drawback - they pick up all the dirt from the road, the car gets dirty very quickly. In all other respects - only delight. I assume that for such a combination of qualities, I will have to pay with a not very high resource, but I am ready for it.

I'm writing a review of a tire for the first time because I struggled with the choice for a long time and decided to simplify the decision for people. Initially, the choice was between Bridgestone studded tires and Bridgestone non-studded tires.

Previously, I drove on Michelin X-Ice North 4 for 60,000 km on highways over 3 years (90% highway, 10% city). The studs wore out by 50%. The grip is excellent, with full control on the road and clear car behavior. You can drift and then correct the car without any problems. Mud, ice, and icy water - all 5+. But after 3 years, it reached the end of its life (as they said, a maximum of 1 season), and I didn't want to part with a large sum of money for a new Michelin.

Therefore, I will compare these two tires. Now I drive 90% in the city and 10% on highways. Accordingly, I took a slightly cheaper option.

The tire behaves quite adequately on mud, sideways 1:1 like Michelin. Packed snow, ice (up to -10°C) - the ABS rarely kicks in, but it does happen; below -10°C, everything is fine. Accordingly, we keep a slightly greater distance from the car in front, with a margin. On the highway, on clean ice, I drove at 110-130 km/h, calmly overtaking, no problems.

It doesn't like ice with water, be very careful!

Dry and wet asphalt were not a problem at all, everything is fine. It's a very comfortable, quiet, and soft tire.

Conclusion: for city driving, it's perfectly suitable, but be prepared for a potentially long braking distance on packed snow and ice with water. In all other respects, it has adequate and predictable handling.

For the city, with roads treated with reagents, it's 100% suitable. For highways, studded tires are better. Just use your head when driving, keep a slightly greater distance from the cars in front, and everything will be okay.

The tires are not bad. They hold the road well, with good directional stability. The downsides include: cracks appearing inside, running along the radius of the tire cord, and rapid wear.

Ordinary friction tires that are more suitable for urban operation in central Russia where the roads are mostly treated with reagents. I didn't like the handling in snowy slush. For those who often drive out of town in winter time (not on treated highways) or travel to the depths of our Motherland on icy roads or operate a vehicle with a trailer, I would not recommend these tires to you.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. However, I'd like to mention the downside - absolute loss of control in snowy slush. On packed snow and ice, the car's handling is satisfactory.

The tire is nice. Soft. Quiet. Doesn't skid. Comes out of the rut without problems.
    I recommend buying it.

I bought them in October 2020, and wanted to write a review in the spring, but forgot. Now I'm thinking of getting new tires, and I remembered. They didn't disappoint me all winter, everything was as expected and predictable. I live in the countryside - the roads are only cleaned on major state holidays... I never got stuck - the snowplows work quickly, and I take off without wheelspin. The grip on ice is good, but acceleration with studs is faster.

Toyota RAV4. Bought a used car already with these tires in February 2021. Drove it to another city. Honestly, was a bit disappointed when I saw the stickers. I've been on studded tires my whole life, wasn't prepared for that, but I'm to blame - didn't even ask about it. Decided, be it as it may, and I'll change them later. Drove on the highway with caution for the first 100 km. Compared to

Excellent traction, confident ice behavior, good cornering stability even on a rut, and easy to drive both in the city and on the highway. Predictable handling on ice, you feel like the car is in control. Honestly, I was quite surprised by the excellent results. In my opinion, this studded tire is not far off from its studless counterpart on ice, but it's quiet and soft, and on a clean road, the car responds perfectly.

I drive long distances, and can put on over 10,000km a month. The tyre is very pleasant to drive on, handles well on snowy roads, even when braking sharply, allowing for some maneuverability without slipping off the road. It has gotten me out of trouble on inclines, especially when I needed to stop and restart, and in rare instances the anti-lock system (often on icy inclines) kicked in.
