In general, I decided on friction rubber, and I'm already regretting that I used to be afraid of it. In general, in winter you shouldn't rely on tires and think that they will save you from the most difficult situations, however, I can praise this rubber for its good grip on the road, both in severe frost and in slush. After spikes, I noticed one thing, the ABS system practically doesn't work, unlike studded tires. At first, I didn't like the roll of the tires on the highway, but after driving 100 km, I got used to it. To everyone who doubted the purchase of "adhesive" tires like I did, take them, and you will understand that it's heaven and earth.

Decent rubber. Took it as a replacement for dm v2, on which I drove for 6 seasons.

Excellent tires. I recommend.

Last winter I bought Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V3 friction tires. I've driven through the winter and can draw conclusions. The tires were pleasing:
1). Soft: I had to pump them up to 2.6 atm, and the pressure looked understated.
2). Noiseless.
3). My car is heavy. The tires hold the road perfectly. I didn't notice any skidding off the trajectory.
So I recommend them for purchase.

Quiet, smooth, good traction

Very good tires, quiet, soft enough. They behave predictably on almost all types of road surface. The only thing that bothers me is bare ice and ice with snow slush - when driving straight, the braking distance needs to be calculated well in advance (I dare to assume that this is a problem for all tires). I'm satisfied with the purchase. We'll put wear resistance on hold for now, since it's the first season.

Expected more (from reviews on sites) normal tire and no more

Comment: I drive a Toyota RAV4, wheels 225/65 R17. In terms of grip and handling on a regular winter road, I see only an ideal response to my actions. The ride is very comfortable. The car itself has a good soundproofing, and when there is no hum from the wheels, you can drive endlessly. The tires also absorb some vibration due to their softness, so I don't see their equal for long trips. I bought the tires new, so I'm already going into my third winter, the condition is far from worn out, I don't even know how much longer they will last in such excellent condition. Initially, I activated the extended warranty, under which in case of a puncture, bulge, etc., the wheel will be replaced, now I just smile - well, absolutely nothing has happened in 2 seasons.

Advantages: in general, good and quality tires

Disadvantages: for the season, I can't note obvious ones

Comment: Tires are definitely worth their money, I really liked that they provide quietness and comfort in the cabin, by feeling they are little different from summer ones, but in frost they do not become rigid, retain elastic properties and perfectly handle braking on any type of surface.
