The Pirelli Diablo Rosso Scooter motorcycle tire is designed for sports scooters and other vehicles equipped with "small-displacement" engines with high specific power. It is characterized by excellent grip on wet pavement, handling with fast and precise reactions.
The tread pattern is distinguished by the presence of Flash drainage grooves, the shape of which resembles a lightning discharge. In addition to stability against aquaplaning, these elements give stability to the traction properties and prevent uneven wear. The tread of the tire is made of a compound based on silicon dioxide and special polymers. In its characteristics, this rubber mixture is the same as that of tires for sports and superbikes, as it has a wide range of operating temperatures, providing optimal grip in any conditions. Another such "borrowing" is the tread profile with an increased circumference length. This solution allows the scooter to change its tilt angle much faster, and at any of them, maximum grip is achieved.
