I decided to try driving on studded tyres this winter, lucky us, our city is quickly cleared of snow, and winters aren't that harsh here. I spent some time reading reviews, forums, and tests, and considering I've already driven on Yokohama tyres, I decided to start the season with IceGuard IG60. Now I've already clocked a decent number of kilometres, and I think the tyres have fully broken in, so I can confidently give them 5 stars. The

I've been driving on these tires since the end of January, and what can I say, I'm quite satisfied. The grip is excellent, whether it's on snow, ice, or slush. It doesn't aquaplane, and the cabin is quiet with them. A comfortable city option and for a reasonable price.

Our winters are harsh, the roads are rarely cleaned, and I often drive out of town. They confidently go through deep snow and ice crust. Not once did I get stuck, even when I had to leave the courtyard, which was piled up with snow)) On asphalt, it's also comfortable, no extra noise or vibration

Yokohama pleasantly surprised. On the city quietly, softly, coupling is excellent. On the rolled snow and ice, the car holds, braking is even. Comfort is high, the tire is not rigid, but it does not sag.

After switching from cheap winter tires to these, the feeling is different. I always thought it was overpaying for the brand, but in reality, you get both comfort and confidence, with less noise. In the city, it's excellent, and on the highway, if you don't push the pedal, everything is stable.

The car sticks like glued, and the rolled snow is also okay. It's already the third season, and it brakes just as smoothly and predictably. The tread diverts water well. They make very little noise on asphalt, but compared to studded tires, it's not even noise. The fuel consumption turns out to be quite economical.

I spent a long time choosing winter tires without studs, and I opted for this model. I was looking for a product of Japanese, not Russian, manufacture, and fortunately, the website provided an informative description. I placed the order, and it arrived quickly. Upon checking, I confirmed that it was indeed Made in Japan. As of the time of writing this review (08.04.2024), I have already driven on these tires for two seasons. My impressions are solely positive. The tires are quiet and soft, and they handle the road well. I have driven on both loose snow and ice, and they provide confident traction. Naturally, on pure ice, the performance is significantly worse, but for driving in the city, they are more than sufficient. The tires were easy to balance. I mostly drive in the city, but our city is combined with a private sector, and the roads are not frequently cleaned. I have hardly ever gotten stuck, except when the snow was not cleared at all, and the car was buried up to the bottom. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and recommend it!

For a big city, these tires are ideal for winter. On different roads, over the past two seasons, I practically didn't have to test them, since I only drove in Moscow and a few times went out of town. The grip on the asphalt is flawless, after snowfall it moves confidently, even if the road hasn't been cleaned yet. Separate icy areas are overcome without problems. The tire surfaces after two seasons have practically not worn out.

There's nothing to complain about with this tire, I was able to drive out of such snowy mess on it. Our municipal services simply can't keep up with cleaning, and I have to drive early in the morning, very early, and on this tire I was able to get out of snowdrifts that had formed around the car overnight without any issues. Morning ice is also no problem, it's the most comfortable tire I've had. Now I want to get Yokohama tires for the summer too.
