Excellent tire, good handling. On a wet road at high speed, you need to be more careful with sharp lane changes. Not very noisy (treads). Front-wheel drive, high torque, wheelspin from a start in sports mode

Yokohama IG55 - excellent balance of price and quality. For two winter seasons, they have never let me down. They brake well on ice, handle snow perfectly. The studs are sturdy, almost never get lost. Driving on asphalt is comfortable, the noise is acceptable. Reliable studded tires with a long service life.

I initially bought them without high expectations, simply because they were at a good price. After two seasons, I can say that it was the right choice. On turns, I feel safe, and I can brake confidently. The only downside is the noise from the studs, but it's still tolerable.

I installed IG55 on my Opel, the impressions are good. The tires are not too hard, they enter turns calmly, and do not skid even on icy asphalt. On the highway at 90-100 km/h, they confidently hold the road. The studs are still in place after the first season. It's a bit noisy on dry asphalt, but within reasonable limits. For its price, it's more than worthy tires

I've driven out the 4th season and am putting them up for sale. There's still 25-30% of tread left, which would be enough for another season or for driving them in, but I have three kids, so I'm not taking the risk. I'm planning to buy the same ones for the next season.

For a real winter. On ice, the best, with excellent grip. In snow, stable. The tread wears evenly, the tires are not noisy, unless 150+, but there's more noise from the car anyway. They performed well both in urban and out-of-town conditions.

I took these tires before last year's cold weather. On ice, they are simply excellent, braking is clear, the car does not skid. In the snow, they also hold the road confidently. The studs are working, they did not come out over the season. I will take them again for sure.

Hello everyone!
My wife has been driving on these tires, made in Russia since 2018. The mileage is relatively small, mainly driving in a small town without traffic jams and congestion. The mode is "kids to school, herself to work and back". After 7 seasons, the tires are in excellent condition, all studs are in place, and they have hardly worn out.
Pros: wear resistance, durability, and perhaps that's all...
Cons: very poor grip on winter roads!! Ice and compacted snow are definitely not their element! My wife noted that she often gets stuck "in a flat spot". We've had to drive to pull her out or ask taxi drivers for help more than once. When turning at a fairly low speed, the car skids!!! The safety systems (ABS, ESP) often activate.
It's hard to say what causes such significant drawbacks.
I drive on Michelin 2. I've replaced all the fallen studs with repair ones and I'm driving, smiling)- Vehicle:

Very quiet for a studded tire, good grip. Does not lose traction on ice. The tread is high and effectively clears snow.

On snowy country roads, the tires performed excellently. In turns, the car is stable, on straights it does not skid - even the stabilization did not kick in. At the end of the season, all the studs are in place. At the same time, the tires are very quiet, it's comfortable to drive on them.
