Tyre reviews Yokohama Advan Fleva V701. Page 10 302

I own an Audi A4 DTM with a 40mm lowering kit and I've chosen to fit 225/40 tires on an 18-inch rim. When selecting tires, I prioritized road stability and braking performance. The tires have fully met my expectations. They're relatively quiet and handle well on the autobahn, where my car tends to ride up onto the tire wall. The sidewall is robust and I haven't experienced any damage, even on rough road surfaces. My only criticism

Prior to that I had a set of Chinese tires, a noisy nightmare as I've described Yokohama to. In the first half hour alone I couldn't believe how much of a difference there was. They were perfectly balanced right out of the tire shop, handling the road superbly, having covered more than 15,000 km on medium quality roads and not a single crack. Now its time to swap them out for winter, I'm sending the Yokohama Advan Fleva to

Replaced these tires for worn-out Federal Super Steel 595
Compared to Federal, excellent cornering stability, tires much bolder run on wet asphalt. Does not go soft like Federal on slightest water or dirt.
Rubber is not very stiff, can feel it. And on high-speed turns, the rim bend slightly. Federal holds side load much stiffer in this regard.
Acceleration is confident. Have not checked in emergency braking yet.

Good, durable. Holds corners very well, not afraid of rough roads and aquaplaning. For each car, I recommend experimenting with pressure. The manufacturer recommended a pressure of 2.4 (runflat) for this tire, but 2.3 holds great in city mode. On the highway, 2.5 behaves excellently at speeds over 110. No aquaplaning observed, as I try to maintain optimal speed. Very satisfied with the tires. I recommend them.

The tire is excellent. It holds the road well, and there is almost no noise. I definitely recommend it. As for wear, I don't know yet, I've only driven 10,000 kilometers.

Hello everyone, I'm not an expert in tire evaluation, rather an armchair specialist
I've driven 1500-2000 km and realized that low-profile tires are not for me. They look great, but considering the road quality, it's not suitable
To me, it seemed that they are a bit noisy, but maybe the Octavia's sound system is really necessary)
I hit potholes 4 times at high speed, bent the rims - THE TIRES ARE INTACT, NO BULGES, NO DAMAGES AT ALL. The tire fitters were also surprised
Excellent grip in turns, not even worth discussing
Tracking is floating but not critically
180-200 km/h is predictable and grippy, without any complaints
Balances perfectly, without any complaints. Next time I'll buy higher-profile tires. I have no questions about the store. Goodbye everyone- Vehicle:

A good compromise: it holds and doesn't make noise like a tractor. I bought it for Mazda 6, I'm satisfied. Handling is lively, drives smoothly in the rain. Not a track, but not a dull tourist either. For active city driving, it's just what you need.
