Excellent tires. A bit more noise than the standard ones. Rides softer. Off-road capability is better. Dynamics and consumption are expectedly slightly worse, but overall such tires should be installed on an off-road vehicle right away

I bought a set of these tires at Mosavtoshina, supposedly at a promotional price. I chose them based on reviews. However, they were apparently stored poorly or the tires themselves are defective, as there is a vibration in the car at 80-100 km/h under load. I've already had it balanced three times and had the wheels aligned, but it's made no difference. In general, the money was wasted.

Wonderful AT. I'm putting it on my second car. Previously, it was on Toyota Hilux. Surprisingly quiet and smooth on asphalt. Gravel is also very good.

Installed on L200 80% city, rest medium off-road. Extremely uncomfortable tire for city driving. As they say, China in all its glory. Despite relatively low weight for AT tire, comfort is exactly like on super-heavy Nitto mud tires with 2cm sidewall, didn't feel any difference. No zero on the wheel, constantly wobbles, catches ruts on asphalt. At the same time, the steering wheel is noticeably heavier after switching from winter Bridgestone. Any pothole affects the entire body, feels like inertia of unsprung masses, tire handles unevenness very poorly. This tire is a ticket to frequent visits to the service station for suspension repairs. Absolutely helpless in mud, needs full gas to clean itself. Due to the transverse tread pattern, it doesn't hold course, constantly drifts into ruts and potholes and can't get out of them. Previous Hankook Dynapro with a more civilian tread pattern behaved more adequately and confidently off-road. Picks up stones and gravel from the road like a magnet, damaging the body and windshields of cars behind.

Of the advantages, only acoustic comfort and good resistance to aquaplaning and braking on wet asphalt, same as Hankook, which would hydroplane at medium speed and not brake in the rain. But you pay for it with accelerated wear. wore out noticeably over 2 seasons.

Having read reviews, I found out that I'm not the only one with my problem, specifically being unable to balance the tires. After driving about 1000 km, the car started to feel like it was not itself, I thought that 26565 R18 requires secondary balancing, as the masters say it has "gained weight". I did it, drove out onto the highway a couple of days later, and again the steering wheel started to vibrate starting from 105 km/h.

I went to another mounting shop, thinking that maybe the machine or the hands were not right.... Yes, there was a imbalance of 35-50 grams on each wheel, well, I thought I had won. Not at all, the vibration was still there.... Okay, I drove to a third mounting shop, a high-tech place by appointment. (although I've been mounting at the first two for 10 years already) And there they told me that one wheel was egg-shaped and the other was like a figure eight. They rearranged them backwards, but the vibration in the steering wheel remained, not as strong but still there.

Regarding the punctures and super compound mentioned in the description, at 17,000 km I had two punctures from ordinary 25 mm screws, previously I had Yokohama G013 and G015, Goodrich, with a total of 150,000 km, 1 puncture when the tire became bald.

As for all other questions about the tires, I have no questions, it's not noisy on the Prado at all.

But this vibration is killing me, and I'm looking at new tires, although this one is almost new, it turns out that the percentage of defects is quite large, and there's no one to claim it to.

The tire is good, on asphalt it's acceptable, but it's quite noisy. On light off-road it performs very well. After 140, the steering wheel vibrates a bit, although it's well balanced, apparently it's impossible to achieve perfect balance with it.

Tire is normal. Asphalt: on rear-wheel drive, slightly overdid it with gas and it skids, on wet asphalt it may go into a skid

But with moderate driving and with the front-wheel drive engaged, the tire is normal. Asphalt is not its element in extreme driving. Off-road: judging by how the mud is thrown, the tread is cleaned well by clay. Moscow region mud, conditional off-road is okay to drive. until the car hangs on the frame. Karelia, the local off-road is excellent and you don't need to chase after a tractor, it drives by itself.

I sincerely do not understand why everyone praises this tire in reviews. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. After reading the rave reviews, I took it as an AT for everyday use. Expectations: comfort while driving, handling, aggressive tread pattern, and acoustic comfort was not important. In fact, I got the opposite effect. It seems that with a small mass, the tire itself is hard and any unevenness and asphalt joints shake the car so much that it creates the impression that the wheels are about to fall off, which was not even the case with the super-heavy MT from Nitto. Changing the pressure does not affect this in any way. At the same time, with the stiffness of the tread itself, the sidewall is non-existent, which makes it lose a lot in handling. In the end, compared to the rather mediocre Hankook Dynapro ATM of the same size, which has traveled over 100,000 kilometers, I noticeably lost comfort and handling with the Maxxis. There are also problems with braking, if the Hankook did not brake very well, especially on wet roads, slipping into skidding, then with the Maxxis, the brakes themselves are not enough to absorb the energy of the heavy tire, which makes the informativeness suffer, it is impossible to adequately dose the brake. In short, a Chinese product is a Chinese product, no matter what.

If you take a tire for 50/50 asphalt and dirt, then okay, but if your main driving is on asphalt and rarely on dirt, then this is definitely one of the worst choices.

DEFINITELY REMOVING AND SELLING ON AVITO.

I don't know how relevant my comment is...

I took this tire as a winter one in the size of lt265/75 r16. What can I say about the past season... Everything is fine until we hit ice or thawed soil. On ice, it doesn't grip at all. But that's expected. On thawed soil, it doesn't move, gets stuck, and there's no directional stability in principle. It's just a highway tire. Only very strong. Now I'm looking for a honest winter tire, but so far, there's nothing. The Chinese sl386 in the same size and in the same thawed mud drove two orders of magnitude more confidently. But in winter, it's worse on ice, and on wet asphalt, and on dry, cold - it was slipping. The car is a Hummer h3. So I'm looking for a normal winter tire, without studs. And for summer, I'm looking at Dunlop mt2, but already above.
