Tires were used with track days in mind.

There were both 235x45 R17 and 235x40 R18.

The tires are stiff. For UHP, this is normal. The sidewall is made stiff so it doesn't fold in a turn. Hence, the smoothness of the ride naturally suffers. After switching from 235x45 R17 to winter triangle 235x40 R18, it seemed like I put on 15-inch wheels - the comfort increased that much.

Despite the declared TW, the wear is quite decent. Not critical, but I expected better durability. The Hankook RS3 was even better in this regard, and that's a real semi-slick.

In terms of traction - a confident 5 for this price. On wet roads - also. Although I'm from the south and I don't drive much on wet roads.

According to tests - in the dry category, it's a confident mid-range, and the main thing is that it's among competitors like Pilot Sport, Conti, and Pirelli of the top category. And they are orders of magnitude more expensive.

That is, for their price, the tires are simply a confident top. If you understand what you're buying them for. Just cruising without pushing it in an open linkage or track days - will be stiffer, not much noisier, and faster wear than on a regular tire.

But the main thing is that even without considering the price, they won't get lost in the background of Conti SportContact and Michelin Sport (naturally, not Sport Cup and not Supercup).

Possibly more rigid than Bridgestone.
When warmed up, they handle very well.
No punctures throughout the entire time. They withstand impacts well, no damage.
Despite the rigidity, they have very rapid wear.
I won't be putting them on for the third season.

I don't know what kind of high-speed driving (what with ESP kicking in during sharp lane changes on the highway or the rear swinging on turns +140) the previous owners are referring to in the comments, unlikely it's about track days (although there was one comment and I agree with it), but on the highway at speeds of 200+ the car feels normal even with regular lane changes (I'm not talking about any kind of racing or reckless driving, I don't drive like that). In the rain, during normal driving, it's also fine. Yes, probably not better than PS4 (the previous set) but in the city and on the highway, even with good acceleration or fast turns, I don't notice a difference (naturally, assuming a technically sound car). The smoothness of the ride and the noise are about the same. The wheels were balanced normally, the geometry is also fine. As for wear, I can't say anything yet.

If you take the same car (same wheel size/remaining tread) to the track and compare it to Bridgestone Sport or PS4, then yes, the difference will likely be significant. But the driving style is completely different there. For normal use in the city and on the highway, this is a good option

I don't know who writes that the tires are stable, but after Pirelli, they're like jelly, wobbling on the highway, and when you make a sharp turn, the stability control kicks in. I took them just for a test, read a lot of reviews, and as a result, it was in vain.... Previously, I drove on different tires, mostly Bridgestone, Potenza, Sporti, Nankang, and I liked the Nankang for its rolling. Probably, if compared to some rubbish, then probably these tires are cool, yeah.

I'm buying my third summer set (winter ones are from the same manufacturer)

They don't drift on turns, I drive a lot on both highways and mountain passes! They are moderately stiff. No aquaplaning. The sidewall is strong. Not a single set has ever had a bulge (unlike Michelin or Bridgestone, which didn't last long). On a dry road, it confidently holds 225 ... (haven't tried beyond that)

I was driving on the native staggered 20" Pirelli PZero Runflat - the tramlining was very noticeable. I did a wheel alignment and changed the front control arms with a hydraulic silent block - there was almost no effect.
Last spring, I changed the tires to staggered 20" Maxxis VS5 Victra SUV (not run-flat) - the tramlining is no longer felt.
The quiet and soft tires are comfortable to drive on. But the Pirelli had a sharper steering response, it's hard to explain - the sensations are roughly like when you switch from summer to softer winter tires after the summer season.
I drove on them for the last warm season (about 6 thousand miles) - there were no problems.

Excellent tires!

They handle great on both dry and wet asphalt, a head above Chinese brands. They don't hydroplane. They are quite comfortable for UHP tires, a bit noisy. They balanced perfectly. I consider them the golden mean between Chinese and European tires. For those who like a sporty driving style without overpaying for a brand.
