Two winters of operation, including the winter of 2009-2010. The tire was taken for daily use in the city.
A huge number of soft lamellas implies confident driving on ice, even if it's solid "glass". Confident movement on snow without slipping at high speeds.
Due to the soft lamellas, the speed index is naturally not very high (160 km/h) and the handling on dry asphalt is slightly worse.

Quite good tire in principle. Holds the ice well. But it’s really noisy at high speeds.

I accidentally purchased 2 Maxxis tires, installed them on the rear, and put Yokohama IC 30 on the front. After driving on black ice, I swapped the Maxxis to the front and realized that Yokohama is much worse. Also, this winter I swapped wheels on Nokian Hakkapeliitta 7 disks, Nokian is good, a bit better on ice, but I was impressed with Maxxis. The wear on Yokohama is more, Maxxis is super. I have 26 years of driving experience.

The tire matches the price. It handles poorly at high speeds, as well as on wet roads. It rides fairly well on snow and ice. Not suitable for high speeds.
