I RECOMMEND, I don't regret buying this tire.

The situation is as follows: I ordered 4 of these wheels with a radius of R14, 3 pieces arrived as needed, 1 piece with a radius of 13. I applied for a return, the seller confirmed and indicated which shipping company to send it to, I did it, the money was returned for the goods and for the first delivery of one wheel,

!attention!, but there was also a return delivery, the receipt for which Ozon asked to specify in the return, I did everything as indicated. This return delivery cost me a fabulous 1500 rubles, and that's where the circus begins, the seller directly tells me to demand this money from Ozon's support (although everything happened only because of his fault), Ozon says that the delivery is handled by the seller and I should demand it from him, and Ozon won't help me in any way.
I, the BUYER, on the Ozon platform, have to deal with the seller myself, whose fault is clear, no one denies it, but they don't want to return the money to me.
The conclusion is, don't use delivery if the seller handles it independently, in fact, they can send you a brick and you won't get justice. And in general, don't deal with this store!
I don't know what kind of scam this is, maybe the seller gets a percentage from the shipping company or something fishy with Ozon, in any case, this is a precedent to file a complaint with the relevant authorities, here I didn't find adequate communication!
