Tire data completeness catalog for winter seasons 2012-2014. I am writing this review in 2020. I compare it with other winter tires I have tested during the same period (Dunlop DSX, Dunlop Ice Touch, Nokian Hakkapeliitta 4, 7, 8, Michelin X-Ice North 4). I live in Ufa, our winters are very snowy, and the temperature usually stays around -10 degrees. Disadv

Spent 2 winters, the first on chains.
In St. Petersburg, no questions arise in a big city, especially pleased with the braking distance on a wet asphalt with a small amount of slush - managed to stop before a taxi driver coming out of the courtyard not yielding the road.
Once drove out of town - 100 km on the highway + 20 on clean, trampled dirt road - slips on trampled snow, but overall if not in a hurry and

I've bought these tyres twice already. The first set was purchased in 2011 and lasted 7 seasons. Since we have a mild winter with rare black ice, snow falls and melts within a couple of days, the tyres' performance around the city is not a good indicator. However, we frequently drive in the mountains, ski and snowboard there, and these tyres have never let me down. They handle uphill, downhill, turns, starting uphill from a standstill, and braking perfectly,

2.Toyota Mark II Qualis in 205/70 R15.
3.Honda INSIGHT II again 195/65 R15.
I used to be a studding fanatic, but since 90% of the time I drive in Moscow, it is asphalt and slush, rarely ice (- Vehicle:

I like the tires, especially considering I've been driving on studs my whole life. Sometimes even a "mud-and-snow" tire will surprise you with traction in certain situations. Of course ice isn't its element, but it's not helpless either! (I disable ABS in the winter). It's not very fond of deep water and deep snow starts to float at 70 km/h. On the other hand, the Fiat Punto weighs just 750 kg, and the 175/

Hyundai Solari active since December 2011. After buying the car, I bought tires at a Yokohama center, as the weather was not icy. I was torn between Yokohama and Bridgestone, but at that time 185/65/15 was not available in Volgograd. I can only compare Bridgestone with Yokohama Ig 20, which I used on a VAZ-2107 for four winters, and the confidence was 100% on

Size 215/55R17 I drove for two winters on ContiVicingContact5, handling is complicated: if you enter a skid, you slightly let go and the car is turned sideways, trying to pull it out is useless. With GZ, everything is simple. Handling is clear on all types of surfaces. I could pull the car out of any skid without problems. When I bought it, I liked the acceleration on ice (even with wheelspin, the tire somehow

Decent tires. I had "Bridgestone" before too. That's why I took these ones. I like driving on the tread, it has its own advantages. It handles the road perfectly in winter. Without going into details, I'll say that the tires are what you need.

Good tires. Not noisy. Behave normally on snow. On the highway, there were no complaints. On ice, like all others, they don't brake. Didn't drive in deep snow.
