The tread of the tire is made from a rubber mixture that was developed and produced using nanotechnology. It increases the strength of the rubber mixture against tears and stretching, which remains in a wide temperature range. As a result, the tread remains sticky on a cold, wet surface and resistant to heat during prolonged high-speed driving. Additionally, this compound has allowed a significant increase in the level of "silica" content, which has also led to improved traction properties on wet surfaces.
Optimized breaker
Located directly under the tread, the breaker has an optimized design that improves a range of operational properties. This element is wider and contains an additional synthetic cord with longitudinal fibers that are arranged without any seams or joints. This "substrate" increases the tread's resistance to wear and reduces rolling resistance, which extends the service life and improves the tire's fuel-saving properties, respectively.
Z-shaped groove in the middle
Exactly in the middle of the tread, there is a longitudinal drainage groove. The Z-shaped design expands the functionality of this element. In addition to increasing resistance to aquaplaning, it also improves the stability of traction properties on wet surfaces.
Precision handling
In motion, the tire demonstrates quickness and precision in handling. This is largely due to the design of the shoulder areas. The blocks that form them are turned across and connected by a wide solid longitudinal rib. The limited mobility of these blocks allows lateral acceleration forces to be transmitted to the steering wheel with high accuracy and speed.
