A two-mode directional tread pattern with zonal optimization is the basis of the tread. The central zone with a staggered (overlapping) arrangement of elongated blocks forms a stabilizing track. When moving on asphalt, these blocks create a continuous contact line, reducing rolling resistance, vibration, and noise. The outer rows of blocks with sharp, beveled edges act as active ground grippers. Their geometry is designed for effective "biting" into the ground base with simultaneous self-cleaning — large voids between the blocks actively expel dirt and prevent clogging.

Protection Against Deformation Under Critical Load

The uniqueness of the tire lies in the reinforced carcass with a multi-layer structure of textiles and stabilizing elements. This design is specifically designed to counteract the enormous deforming forces that occur when the crane is working on outriggers or moving with a partial load over uneven terrain. The reinforcement prevents irreversible deformation of the sidewalls and radial breaks, maintaining the geometry and integrity of the tire even after intense static and dynamic loads.

Thermal Stability and Durability

A specialized heat-resistant compound has been developed for the model, which includes polymers with high heat dissipation and reinforcing fibers. Its main task is active heat dissipation and protection against mechanical stress, which is the main factor in preventing delamination and cracking. At the same time, the mixture has high resistance to abrasive wear from sand and gravel, crack resistance, and multiple impact loads, ensuring the integrity of the tread on the construction site.
