The Peugeot Partner Crossway was produced from 2021 to 2022 at the Russian assembly plant of the French brand. The vehicle is a compact minivan based on the same-named commercial van of the second generation, the production of which in Europe was discontinued in 2018.Technical Features
The vehicle is built on the basis of a light commercial van with a standard wheelbase length. Compared to the passenger version for European countries, this "heel" is externally distinguishable by black-painted door trim, wheel disks, mirror housings, door handles, and luggage rails. The "base" one is an in-line gasoline "four" with a volume of 1.6 liters and a power of 115 horsepower, which was widely used in passenger and compact commercial models of the French brand throughout the 2000s. The engine can be combined with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a classic "automatic" from Aisin with the same number of gearshift ranges. The Japanese transmission was not available for European "heels" in principle. An alternative to this "pairing" is a diesel engine - an in-line "four" with a turbocharger and a volume of 1.6 liters, developing 90 horsepower. This power unit is combined exclusively with a manual transmission.
