First Generation

In the production range, the car replaced the model with the 309 index, being technically unified with the Citroen ZX, which debuted in 1991. Second Generation

In the spring of 1997, the second-generation car was released. It underwent fairly significant changes in appearance, which had the same stylistic features as the higher-standing 406 model. A 5-door wagon appeared in the range of versions. In technical terms, the key innovations were new gasoline engines with a volume of 1.8 and 2 liters, which received a 16-valve cylinder head and a slight increase in power.

Third Generation

The car underwent its next modernization in 1999. This time, the changes in appearance were minimal, affecting the lighting fixtures, door seals, emblems, and logos on the body. At the same time, the choice of its color scheme was expanded. In terms of equipment, the car stood out with the presence of an anti-lock braking system and four airbags in the base configuration, along with "rain" and "light" sensors.
