He judged them with the understanding that this is a Chevrolet Niva. Of course, the noise from the tires fades into the background compared to the noise from the transmission and engine, and the vehicle's speed characteristics and handling aren't that great, so I didn't fully feel it. It drives normally on the snow, but on the ice, it's clearly worse, but it's still predictable. The main thing is not to brake hard in a turn at high speed and keep a safe distance.

I drive a 4x4 mostly in the city, decided to upgrade the tires for this winter after reading reviews and watching online reviews, I chose the Yokohama G075 from the Ice Guard line. They do their job perfectly, handle snow well and do a good job even with snow compacts, provided you keep a reasonable speed, also handle black ice pretty well. It's a worthy option for a tire with a non-studded tread. I'll be observing how they perform next winter

I live in the suburbs, I drive a Renault Duster and the purchase of Yokohama Ice Guard SUV G075 has paid off - lots of snow fell and not once. They did not clear far from everywhere, and with drifts somehow had to fight. But on these tires, I perfectly drove to all places where I had to go, during all snowfalls I got stuck not once. Sometimes I even helped neighbors to pull their cars.

In this non-studded Japanese winter tyre, everything is perfect - the absence of studs which is not needed in local weather conditions, and water drainage grooves, and the trembling approach to making the rubber. So far (after a month of daily work) it has proven to be a reliable shoe for the car. There is nothing annoying about the tyre, I'm driving further, and looking for shortcomings.

This tire exhibits poor braking on ice and packed snow, and poor traction in deep snow.
