Winter tire for passenger cars Mirage MR-W662 is designed with consideration of the harsh climate of the northern regions. It is characterized by excellent traction and coupling properties on snow and ice, ease of handling, acoustic comfort and wear resistance.
The tread pattern is a classic example of a "Scandinavian" design with a wide, arrow-shaped rib in the middle and "offshoots" in the form of composite blocks extending from it. This solution made it possible to increase traction and stability on snow, while providing comfortable handling, reduced rolling resistance and good wear resistance. The use of numerous 3D lamellas forming sharpened saw-toothed edges, as well as spikes, enhances the coupling properties on ice, primarily during longitudinal accelerations.
