Haval H6, formerly known as the "Great Wall Haval N6", began production by the Chinese manufacturer in 2011. It became a full-fledged sub-brand in 2013. From a technical standpoint, it's a small crossover that has gone through three generations of models and remains a relevant model to this day.

Generation 1

The vehicle was equipped with several types of gasoline engines, including a turbocharged 1.5 and 2.0 liters. Notably, a turbocharged 2.0-liter diesel engine was also available. Such systems were rare in the Chinese automotive industry.
The crossover stood out for its rich equipment. The top trim levels featured leather interior trim, heated and ventilated front seats, cruise control, multimedia with DVD, supplemented by a 7-inch touchscreen display, and more.
The suspension was fully independent, with double wishbones on the rear axle and "MacPherson" struts on the front. An optional all-wheel drive system with an intelligent control system was available, which automatically selects the optimal mode for specific road conditions.

Generation 2

In 2017, a new generation was introduced, based on the same platform as Generation 1, but with a revamped design that reflected on the vehicle's exterior. A distinctive feature of the model was its dual nature. The manufacturer introduced Red Label and Blue Label, which had completely different designs. Later, this division was abandoned.

The powertrain consisted of gasoline engines with capacities of 1.3, 1.5, and 2.0 liters, as well as a 2.0-liter diesel engine. Depending on the trim level, they could be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, a 6-speed automatic transmission, or a 7-position "robot".

Generation 3

The new model debuted in 2020, based on the new Lemon universal platform. Thanks to this, the car received increased dimensions, while the exterior became more aggressive and the interior more ergonomic and stylish.
The powertrain now consisted of two turbocharged gasoline engines with capacities of 1.5 and 2.0 liters. The first one is a modified version of the previously used engine, which has been slightly modernized. It produces 169 horsepower and 285 Nm of torque. The 2.0-liter engine, on the other hand, is a completely new development by the company, with a power output of 224 horsepower and 385 Nm of torque. In addition to the standard manual transmission and 7-speed robot, a new 9-speed robotized transmission is also available.
