Haval H5 – a model from one of the sub-brands of the Chinese manufacturer Great Wall Motors. In essence, it is a frame-based SUV that was produced from 2010 to 2020. After a short break, its production was resumed in 2023. The vehicle, starting from 2020, in the form of a second generation, is assembled in Russia in the Tula region. The first generation combined the design of the "Isuzu Axiom" at the front and was very similar to the "Mazda CX-7" at the back. Having undergone several stages of modernization, the model remained relevant for 10 years. After that, the manufacturer suspended its production in favor of more recent developments.

In 2023, the production of the full-size SUV continued. In essence, this is a completely new vehicle based on the universal platform from Great Wall King Kong Cannon - a massive pickup truck with a frame structure. Thanks to this foundation, the "Haval H5" has all the off-road characteristics, and in some aspects, it even surpasses its analogs. For example, up to 200 kg of cargo can be transported on the rails, while this figure for similar models does not exceed 100 kg.

Two power units are used as engines: a 2-liter gasoline engine with a turbocharger can produce up to 224 horsepower, and a 2-liter diesel engine has a power of 164 horsepower. They are complemented by a 6-speed "mechanics" or an 8-speed "automatic".
