Haval Dargo X – off-road modification of the model that appeared on the Russian market in 2023. Visually, the car differs from the "base" with wheel arch extensions with rivets, modified bumpers that can withstand aggressive impact. In addition, the technology of off-road cruise control is provided. The latter ensures the maintenance of the speed mode within 7-15 km/h on rough terrain. The main feature of the modification is the locking of the rear differential, which allows you to easily overcome various irregularities, increasing the transport's passability.

Technical features

The car is built on the popular L.E.M.O.N. platform, which allowed giving the car excellent stability, maneuverability, and passability. Under the hood, there is a 2-liter gasoline engine that can produce 192 horsepower and 320 Nm at 4000 rpm. Its power is enough to provide decent dynamics, including on the highway. Together with it, a 7-speed robotic gearbox with a dual clutch works, which allows the not-so-small car to accelerate to 100 km/h in 10 seconds.

Among the equipment, it is worth noting the fully digital "instrument panel" and a touch screen that allows you to control the main systems. The transmission mode switching is performed using a "paddle". Physical keys are also present, providing control over some options.

An important distinction of the Haval Dargo X modification is the absence of luxury options that are characteristic of the "younger" model. The manufacturer explained this approach by the fact that for users of a crossover with four-wheel drive and differential locking, the qualities of passability are more important than comfort. It is noteworthy that the model is not planned to be assembled at the plant in Tula, but will be supplied directly from Chinese factories. This factor will in no way affect the quality and official warranty.
