In 2003, the Ultra version received a facelift, which slightly changed the radiator grille, bumper, and more expensive materials were used in the salon, and the instrument panel was also modified. The model remained on the assembly line until 2005.

Generation 3

The model continued its history in 2007, when it was released for the Chinese market. The car was based on the Zeta platform, which is a modified version of the Holden Statesman. The car turned out to be just as spacious and status-oriented. Its leather seats had 8 positional adjustments and were complemented by a massage function. Advanced multimedia, the latest climate control system, and numerous additional "assistants" created a premium effect of the car.

Initially, the model was equipped with 2.8 and 3.6-liter engines, which produced 201 and 250 horsepower, and in 2010, they were replaced by a 3-liter engine with 254 horsepower. The latter was paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
