An excellent tire, I live in the countryside, and it drives well in both snow and ice, the exit from the village often freezes (ice) + uphill, it always confidently exits, provided that on the Camry 40, anti-skid cannot be turned off, very satisfied with the purchase.

At a mileage of the first 250-300 km, it's quite noisy. Then everything returns to normal. The overall impression is good.

Good day. There are no comments on the tires, but there is a comment on the organization of the service.
1. Procurement. It is not convenient when there is no direct contact with the manager. The hotline, like the client, has to wait for a response from the manager, and the manager does not respond for a very long time.
2. Customer service. Having arrived in advance for tire fitting, it turned out that the client in front of us did not arrive, and it seemed that our car could be served, but the master was not in a hurry, he was not wearing special clothing, and there was no welcoming atmosphere either. The staff is young, fast, they consulted on summer tires in detail, they know what they are talking about. But there was a feeling that the client is more interested in customer service than the seller.
3. The premises are dirty, there is a mess all around. There is no place from where you can observe the work. Maybe there is one, but it's cluttered with boxes.
