This tire came with the vehicle when I purchased it from the dealership. I have driven it for 5 years and around 30,000 km (50% highway/50% city). Last winter I replaced it with Michelin X-Ice North 2.
Pros:
+ Drives well on snowy roads
+ Also handles well and doesn't float on snowy mess (when there is a blizzard and the temperature is around zero). Under similar conditions, Michelin X-Ice North 2- Vehicle:

The tire proved itself in its tread - it grips the snow well regardless. In principle, it was bought to ride through the winter on fishing trips, as not all rural roads are well plowed. The big drawback of the tire is that it quickly loses its studs on the asphalt, even at a slow pace. Due to the urgent need, I had to buy it in late winter, after 1.5 months of use on the front wheels, it lost its studs by 15-20

When I put it on, the first thing I was concerned about was whether the studs would be in good condition, to avoid slipping on the road. I tried others, but they didn't impress me - they wore off quickly and the studs fell off quickly. When I put Yokohama Guardex on, it immediately became clear how winter studs should behave. It pulled out of the muck, on the slush, on poorly cleaned roads - it always performed well. I didn't find any

This year, it was not a winter in the classical sense. Mostly it was slush, ice, rain and occasional snow. On ice, the tires showed themselves off perfectly, I felt confident, they held the road well. I drove to the dacha, where there was some snow, albeit a thin layer, but the tires shoveled the snow well. I am very satisfied so far, there are no complaints.

Tires have proven themselves in both snow and ice.
The price corresponds to the quality. I have been using the second set and everything is absolutely satisfactory.- Vehicle:

It's normal tire for such money. The main thing was the tread and the price. There are no complaints about the tread, if you don't slide on your belly, the car drives on snow and in mud. In the first season, a few studs flew off all four wheels, and in the second season another five. I didn't break it in, I just don't drive aggressively, don't slam on the gas and brakes. Made in Malaysia, it's a normal tire, unlike

Nice tread. Lost 5 studs after the first winter. Admit it could be due to bad driving and wheelspin.

Drove a lot on asphalt due to local geographical weather specifics, studs almost all blew off. The tire is relatively normal, the new one performs well.

It's very difficult to find 2.5-ton Grand Starex winter tires. You have to take into account the load index. I bought them before New Year's and went on a long trip to Omsk on them. My overall impression was great! The car holds the road well, doesn't pull anywhere, and the steering wheel feels good control even at high speeds. On a heavily snow-covered road with 4-wheel drive, the car doesn't skid. And on a

In winter, I traditionally run with studded tires. I consider this tire to be low-noise and allows for confident driving on the road. I haven't noticed an increase in fuel consumption And a beautiful tread pattern)))
