This tire was originally equipped on Toyota Corolla 150 from the factory. Overall, it is a good tire, somewhat noisy. The manufacturer is Japan. Therefore, I did not bother and after wear, I bought another one from the same manufacturer in Moscow.

On the launch 9 2l, it was very grippy and in turns as well, I drove briskly and quickly. Excellent handling and braking. But - it wears quickly and there were quite a lot of cracks. Maybe all these characteristics show up exactly in this profile - 195/50R16. For active driving - excellent tire.

Wore the tires on the car, slight wear after three years. The car goes as smoothly on the road as on rails. Coming out at 90 km/h on a wet road - that's not a complaint about the tires, but about the driver's head. No discomfort on a wet road was felt at an adequate speed.

Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 MT on Yokohama 195/50 R16

The tires are purely "Japanese". Soft. Not for our nightmarish roads. Wears out faster than I would like. I was able to drive exactly 29,000 km in a year of operation (and I rarely drove on them in the winter). Soft rubber. Not suitable for off-road use, with small cuts remaining. Low wear resistance. Decent braking and good grip on the road. Handling on wet roads - 4 out of 5.

Good tires, but bulges after 32,000 km, for the first time

I personally evaluated six brands of good imported tires (not counting cheap ones that I had with my first car), Yokohama is a confident mid-range and the only one on which bulges appeared! BUT!!! This tire size (low-profile) I'm using for the first time and on a Lancer 2L, very rigid suspension - maybe this combination has its side effects! Mileage

Long-lasting tire, for good roads (Japan-made). High mileage stability. Medium tread wear pattern. Not a quiet and comfortable tire.

A very worthy tire, fitted to Japanese conveyor belt!
