I bought them after the price increase, so it's hard to evaluate them.
If you consider the price and the fact that everything else is more expensive, and these were the cheapest new tires of all at that time, then it's a solid 4.
The biggest drawback is their low resistance to aquaplaning and noise on some surfaces.
Otherwise, they are excellent tires. On dry or wet roads (without puddles) with at least an average level of road surface, they behave perfectly and quietly, which is important, considering their "budget" status. They handle road nervousness well.
The mileage is already over 5 thousand (highway plus city) - no wear at all, like new.

A bit stiff, but the sides are strong. On a serpentines in the rain, excellent, wet grass, mud excellent. 140 km/h handling and braking super.

I'm satisfied with the tires, they hold the road well even in the rain. Yes, the rubber is a bit noisy and the stiffness is noticeable, but that's not critical for me. I don't participate in races and don't drive on the highway. I bought them for a moderately rugged dirt road, so I can drive to my country house in any weather. I accidentally drove over rough potholes with rebar and thought the sidewalls would burst, but the tires pleasantly surprised me. Everything is fine, like new! I didn't use them in winter, but I think they would have performed well during that period too (except for icy surfaces).

Tires are not bad for their price. I've driven two seasons so far, but the impressions are positive. They are durable, they handle dirt roads quite briskly, at least I haven't gotten stuck anywhere. I recommend them.
