I've been using Nokian Hakkapeliitta (Nordman) studded tires for winter for a long time. From generation to generation, they are excellent tires. They drive without problems on ice, on snowdrifts, on asphalt. And they are indestructible.

For this money, they are normal. The assessment can be made at the end of the season based on the number of studs that have fallen out. There are no complaints about handling and directional stability.

Everything is fine so far. It drives great on snow.
On ice, if you don't overdo it with the gas, it behaves normally. It's well-balanced.

The tires were liked. Of course, it's not possible to evaluate them objectively, this is a purely subjective assessment.

While driving, the tires are comfortable. I didn't notice any particular noise. They hold the set direction well. This winter, due to the abundance of snow, I was able to drive a lot on packed snow. I enjoyed it! They handle well, including when cornering. I prefer active driving, so for me the skidding and slipping on this tire seemed predictable.

Today I drove through a deep rut – it's also okay, I even managed to get out of it.

In the spring, we'll see how they handle water and ice.

The second Nordman model I'm taking now is for a crossover. They handle snow very well, I didn't get stuck once over the winter. There were strong snowfalls at times. The tires are noisy, undoubtedly. Driving on asphalt with them is exhausting due to the persistent hum from the road. They hold the trajectory perfectly on any surface, at speed when one wheel hits loose snow (when overtaking), the car does not skid, you don't need to adjust with the steering wheel. Checked on front-wheel and four-wheel drive, on different cars.

Tires are not from the stars. On the plus side, good grip on wet snow, ice is also not bad. Minuses, handling is average, noisy. In general, after Michelin, you need to get used to it, but for the money, this is one of the best offers.

In principle, not bad tires for the money, but of course, leaves much to be desired in terms of stud noise. Although with good sound insulation of the car, it doesn't bother.

Studs were gone by the end of the second season. About 15% remained, the tire shop said that this model has this problem.
For four-wheel drive, behavior is normal, I don't recommend it for rear-wheel drive.
