Great non-studded tyres for the price. I drive in Siberia. There's black ice, snowdrifts... Very quiet compared to summer tyres, Kama Euro. Brought them boldly, since I had experience with RS model on Solaris. Brakes better on black ice than new studded Kumho WI31! But worse than Hakka 5,7,8. But the price is significantly lower and comfort is better. Overall, a solid mid-range characteristic.

I drove 15,000 km on these tires in Moscow and the surrounding area during the winter of 2022-2023.
Minuses:
- on Sobyanin's icy roads, this tire doesn't stop at all, i.e. in case of emergency braking, you'll be pulled like on ice,
- at the end of winter, vibration appeared at speeds from 90 km/h, wheel replacement, balancing did not give results,
- long turns at high speed are not passed confidently, the feeling is that it will be swept off the trajectory at some point.
Pluses:
- quite quiet,
- not high cost.
As a result... I didn't like the tires at all and I regret buying them. If you drive these tires actively, they're not for you, they absolutely don't hold the road. For a slow pace, like a pensioner, they're okay.

I decided to try our Russian-made stuff, as they say. Some people write: “Almost Hakka-Ripusa!” – by the snow and porridge, maybe. But black ice... that's something else!!... The total mileage for two months was 16,000 km. So, when braking on black ice, there are no brakes – the car just keeps moving. By the way, I have over 20 years of driving experience, so I know what I'm talking about.

We bought them before all crises and "events" for 2300-2700 rubles per piece)) for car fleets, the prices didn't matter to them!!! no competitors were even close (we take/test the best: Good, Mich, Pirelli, Conti, Yoko, Dunlop, Bridg). Excellent +/- price-quality!

If they would just brake a little better on wet roads... On snow, everything is fine. The edges are NOT polished from the factory: the sharp side lugs predictably catch, but do not allow racing on ice/skid/track, when starting, they slip a little, when accelerating - less. They handle snowdrifts normally (all our cars are 4WD). Wear is acceptable, 5-10% more on the edge, but the sidewalls are NOT stiff and fold a little.

Noise has been reduced compared to the previous RS-1, they save fuel (roll without gas, not resisting much). High-quality, not stiff material: as an indicator, they do not become hard even at -30`C - breed and technology, however)) due to which there is a dense effort (informative on the steering wheel), during normal driving for 5-7 years, there are no cracks (just store them correctly). They are well-made (not a single defective one out of 300 tires), although in Finnish Nokian, the rubber edges from the factory molds do not stick out. We have medium-quality roads in our region: in general, out of 100 tires, only 2-3 get punctured, they withstand approximately 65> km/h on a blowout (which is good for Europe, and the stiffness of the cord is not at the expense of excellent comfort).

**In winter, take a narrower width (when driving on ice/skid a lot - take narrow ones) for pressure on the road and passing through a snowdrift (but not narrower than the disc). Budget tire segment, big questions about extended manufacturer warranty from Nokian (not fulfilling the warranty obligations). I bought this tire in the company Mosahtsin after puncturing my tire in December, I live in Kazakhstan. In Kazakhstan, such tires were not available, so I turned to the Russian company, they delivered everything on time. Thanks to the managers of Mosavtosina for the work!

A decent tire for its price. Bought before the winter frenzy, the price was around 3200-3500, above that it's overpriced. The manufacturing quality is disappointing, very difficult to balance, more than 50 grams on each side of all four tires. The ride quality is quite good, very predictable in handling. For a tire with a high friction coefficient, it's very good, but the manufacturing quality isn't great, so my rating is 3+

Good tyres! As it happens, it's the Nokian Hakkapelita R1 that was taken off the production line. That's why I bought it, as I previously bought R1 and was satisfied with it!
