This is my second set of tires, the first one lasted for 4 seasons. I replaced them due to the shedding of studs and cracks found on two wheels. It's likely due to the vast amount of chemicals being sprayed on roads during winter. The tires may be a bit noisy, but they perform well on ice and snow. There's almost no wheel spin while driving. They work well in braking through a mixture of snow and chemicals.

A lot of unjustified, negative reviews about it! Holds well on ice and snow, grips well, relatively noisy! For its price, a great tire!

Noise on Asphalt

The tire is not unambiguous. 205/65 15 99T XL. Sidewall is medium stiffness, even soft. Tread made of soft rubber too. Tread pattern is aggressive. Nibs are quite pronounced over the tread. The tires showed themselves very well during braking on ice, slush, and snowy driving. Poor on dry and wet asphalt. The same in cornering. At a speed of 65 km/h, they start to howl and whine,

Good tire. Balanced well. More than 20,000 km run in a season. Tire liked. Front wheels have about 50-60% tread left, after 20,000 km run, low snow winter, dry asphalt on the highway (I drive every day) and multiple emergency stops. In heavy snow it grips only in the direction of travel. Previously drove on Gislaved and Kumho. When switched to Nokian, was pleasantly surprised. In general, I'm wearing

Nordman 5 tires were purchased for a Suzuki Jimny. Given the vehicle's short wheelbase and tendency to understeer on slippery roads, studs were required. Reviews are mixed and possibly not entirely objective due to the ABS system's annoying operation. However, one thing is certain: these tires lose studs quickly, even after breaking-in.

I bought these tires when I bought the car. The car is a 2014 model. On the same tire, on one side, there was a bulge on the sidewall, approximately 1/2 of the circumference from the center of the tire, and on the other side of the tire, there was another bulge, about the same distance from the center.

Very comfortable tire, extremely soft.

Average standard tire, pricey for budget tires, but cheaper than a full extreme tire.

Moved to Nordenham 5 15|65|195, over 100,000 more, nor changed nor summer nor winter. On the fourth season, front tires were worn out and balded, rear ones lost 10 tread lugs and were nearly bald, we swapped them with the front ones and killed 2 tires, made it to 3 tyres, got punctures.
