Participating in competitions on Niva, the tires have never been the reason for getting stuck. Both clay and river crossing, it's doing great everywhere. The only time (my own fault) I decided to drive on a sandy beach in the water. Until I stopped, it was moving, but it refused to maneuver because it got stuck in the loose sand. Excellent tire, does not make noise at speeds up to 90 km/h, easily clears mud, I recommend for moderate off-road use.

Tires are great! 185/85 16 on the Niva fit like a glove, don't rub anywhere. Ground clearance is +2cm, can drive in mud until the rear axle drag and the wheels are suspended in the air. Wet clay ascents are no problem! The narrow tires also make it easier to navigate tight curves, compared to the wider ones. However, driving over potholed asphalt has become less comfortable, compared to standard tires, they are noticeably stiffer.

The tire is on a Nissan Patrol y61, so the car is self-suited for mud, to say the least. I was choosing between the Hankook Dynapro MT RT03, but the mud tyres were cheaper by thirty percent on average across the market. The final choice was made, and now they are on my car. The radial tread, I find the diagonal one too aggressive for me. Everything is fine in terms of operation, the mud is taken excellent thanks to the protector.

Tires as mud ones are just excellent, BUT the rubber itself is very soft, and very poorly withstands driving on asphalt. With a mileage of 40,000 km (50 * 50 asphalt dirt road), I was forced to purchase another set of tires for summer. I just had experience driving on real American BFG A / T. They passed 90,000 km with me and they were torn off my hands for a trip to the village. However, it is necessary to honestly admit that on this A / T tire on wet clay was "just AWESOME". Each tire is designed for its own PURPOSES.

The tire is really for off-road, but if you head into serious snow or ice in the winter, it's better to leave the brakes alone. It surges on both snow and mud. On asphalt, it's so loud that friends say, "First, you hear the tire, then the car appears." In principle, I am satisfied, only the price does not please me.
