Tyre reviews Amtel Planet DC. Page 1 119

I was a bit careless, I'll be brief, the tyre just started to crack in the middle, about 2 mm in width, and I didn't notice it right away, although there were some small cracks elsewhere too, the worst part is that there's no reason for it, it's a 3-wheel, and the fourth one, well, it's normal for 30,000 km, anyway, the tyre... I don't recommend it.

Largus car. Can't just pick one of those here - that's why I made a statement. Amtel is rolling off the production line. The tyre is not particularly bad, but one of the rear wheels is almost worn out after 30,000 km. It's not the car's fault, as I drove more than that on Yokohama tyres in the winter and the wear was even. We practically have no snow in the winter. I drive a lot, so I have

I've been driving with these tires for 1.5 years, and they're not bad for the price, but they're way too stiff and very noisy. Wouldn't buy them again, as you can get a better tire for just a bit more money. Good luck on the roads!!!

New on the vehicle, mostly city driving, occasionally to the village on a gravel road - as the road allows. Run 56,000 km. Tire wear is around 60%, no cracks or cuts, wear is even. It holds the road well, but what is really annoying is the NOISE! It hums like winter tire studs.

Pretty good tires. Fairly durable and reliable. I haven't had any issues with them yet, wear is even, they look like new. A bit noisy, but that's just comparative.
In the past, I had to drive carefully on a snowy road for 300 km due to extreme necessity. On snow, they're absolutely useless, at speeds of over 40 km/h, turns become an adventure. It's not safe to drive on them in winter, it's better not

It's suitable for Zhiguli
As I understood, everything related to the quality of "domestic" tires (as well as beer and other products) is not a constant value. Tires produced in different years (and maybe even months) are different! The only thing that remains the same is the tread pattern. I had to buy a pair of new tires in 2005 after a puncture. At that time, they were probably the softest "non-import" tires

For the last 12 years I've been using Amtel tires, and I think you can't find better for this price. It's a competitor to imported tires, has a deeper tread, quiet, strong. Specifically: for the last 6 seasons, I've been driving on DC 195/65 15, Renault Logan, strong, quiet, quite decent in all modes. In the off-season, you can quietly drive on the snow and ice in a stream with “annoying

They came out of the factory with 33,000 miles - normal wear is not more than half of the tread life indicator. I drive slowly and carefully. I don't see any particular problems, although one had a screw stuck in it - removed, and it's losing 0.2 atm per week. The others are fine.

I got it with the car from the factory. It lasted two seasons (67,000 km). In principle, the tread is still there, but it wears unevenly, like patches, you know. And then it starts to pull to one side as well. I went and bought a new tire and it fixed all the issues (I mean, it stopped pulling the steering wheel). It's a bit loud in terms of comfort, handles well, and at 140 km/h in the rain,

I'd like to compliment the tires for a reasonable combination of features and price. Quiet, solid, soft, steering is at a decent level. But - they wear out quickly (50,000 km), by the end of their life they go "in a spiral". The tread is still good for driving, balance is normal, visually not crooked, but at 25-40 km/h the car shakes like a cat in a washing machine. Complete rubbish, never seen anything like
