GMC Canyon – a classic American pickup truck that was introduced in 2004. The vehicle was developed through the joint efforts of the company's division in Brazil and the Japanese Isuzu. Technical Features

The car was based on the original GMT355 platform, which was used for the "Hummer H3". The model was offered in several cab options – with two and four doors. 2007 Restyling

The car received two new engines with a capacity of 2.7 and 3.9 liters, new color options appeared, minor changes were made to the interior and exterior elements. In all other respects, the car remained the same.

Second Generation

In 2011, the next generation was introduced, which received not only a new exterior but also other power units. Under the hood were now hidden gasoline engines with a capacity of 2.4, 2.5, 3.6 liters, as well as turbocharged diesel engines with a capacity of 2.5 and 2.8 liters. The car, during its existence, underwent several modifications, which introduced modern systems into its equipment, increasing the overall level of comfort (for example, Apple CarPlay, the GM MyLink multimedia system, etc.).

Present Day

In 2022, the production of the new generation "Canyon" began. The car is now offered only with a four-door cab and rich interior equipment. The instrument panel is fully digital, and the control of the main functions and multimedia is focused on an 11.3-inch touchscreen. The "heart" of the car is a turbocharged "four" with a capacity of 2.7 liters, capable of producing 317 horsepower. Among the distinctive features, it is worth noting the presence of numerous additions that significantly transform the car and make it more suitable for off-road driving. So, in addition to cameras with moisture protection, a full-time all-wheel drive, a winch, and various "assistants" can be installed.
