Next was the signing of a contract with Maggiora - an Italian company. Despite all efforts, the products were not in such demand outside the country. Nevertheless, in subsequent years, the manufacturer established supplies of its affordable models to countries in Africa, Central America, the Middle East, and others. This approach allowed the company to strengthen its position, taking a solid place in the top 10 largest manufacturers in China.

Present day

Now Geely is one of the pillars of the Chinese automotive industry, which owns twelve full-cycle assembly plants, 6 transmission productions - only in the country. In addition, the company is the owner of 4 full-fledged plants and 6 assembly enterprises located in other countries. To this, we should add several research centers and a design bureau.
