In terms of technical components, the key innovation was the appearance of new power units. The base was still the 1.5-liter Mitsubishi gasoline engine. An alternative to it was a new turbocharged "four" with a volume of 1.3 liters, developed by the same Japanese company, producing 129 horsepower. Later, a hybrid version was added to the lineup with a 100-horsepower "atmospheric" engine and an electric motor with a power of 55 horsepower. The capacity of the compact traction battery was enough to overcome up to 50 kilometers on electric traction and increase the total autonomy to 650 kilometers.
