Tyre reviews Triangle TH201 Sportex. Page 11 1534

Very soft, almost like winter tires. In general, tires for those who don't drive a car at speeds over 120 km/h, don't maneuver much and love silence. At higher speeds, it poorly holds the road, floats, there's no steering sharpness (it's like a feather even at 80 km/h), it floats in turns, fuel consumption is huge! What will happen in summer heat?! There's no driving pleasure at all.
I just installed them and I'm already thinking of selling them...

I took the Triangle TH201 Sportex tire in size 265/30 R20 94Y to replace the worn-out tire in size 245/35 R20. I didn't like the 245/35 size because the edge of the disk was not protected by the tire and constant curbing occurred. That's why I decided to switch to a wider tire.
My disks are 8.5J wide and according to all selectors, the maximum recommended tire width for these disks is 255. After reading reviews about this tire, I came to the conclusion that it would fit perfectly on 8.5J disks.
The tire fitted perfectly on the disks without any doming or bulging, the tire protrudes about 3mm beyond the edge of the disk, which prevents it from getting damaged.
The price of Chinese tires is very humane, it cost me at the time of purchase on 23.01.23.
The tread pattern of the tire is very similar to Michelin Pilot Sport.
It's still winter, so I haven't driven on the tire yet, but having experience with Chinese tires, I'm confident that it will be no worse than European or Korean brands.

The tires are good, they handle the road well, I bought them for the first time in 2017 for a Chevrolet Cruze R17 225/55, now I've purchased them for a Nissan Note R16 205/55

Very good tires, hold the road well at high speeds, in winter I drive and it behaves very well. Right on ice, like all summer tires, it doesn't listen very well, but on snow it's not bad. I've always driven on Michelin, roughly the same sensations. I never expected that China would make such tires.

Before them, I also had Chinese tires. I thought for a long time about which Chinese tires to choose) I chose this model. What I liked compared to the previous ones is that they have better grip on dry roads, brake better, and are much better on wet roads than the previous ones.
The minus is that they are a bit noisy, at first they were noisier, now it's less, maybe it will pass. But for now, I feel a bit more noise from them than from the Chinese tires that were on before these.
I think the price and quality are quite normal)

Ordered here. The tires are excellent. I had experience with the 215/45 R17 size, decided to switch to 215/50. They were balanced perfectly up to 40 grams. They handle the road perfectly. Moderately noisy. I recommend. Thanks to Mosavtoshina.

Excellent tires. Quiet and very comfortable. Seemed a bit softer than I would have liked in the turn. I don't plan to test them on snow and ice. The imperfection of the survey does not allow me to do without this assessment.

We use the second set, for the city it's more than enough. The first set lasted 5 full years, even in winter.

The tire met expectations. The tire mounting was problem-free and without any comments. Good handling on both dry and wet asphalt. No tendency to aquaplaning. Wear resistance corresponds to the declared one, i.e. no wear is observed after 6000 km. Mileage is 30% on poor coverage and 5% on stony dirt road, the rest on normal asphalt. Noise level is normal, almost silent on perfect coverage. No change in fuel consumption was observed. In comparison with the old Yokogama advan sport (90% wear after 55,000 km), it's a worthy alternative. I recommend.
