Poor grip on dry roads, with excessive tire squeal even on moderate turns. Poor grip on wet roads as well. Tires are also noisy and expensive. Possibly the worst premium tire on sale currently. Many budget tires are better. It seems the technology has moved on so this tire was cutting edge.

Very good all-round tire. After trying many tires (RE71, ZZ3, Federals, P Zeros), I thought they were very, very good. I just put a set of Ultracs on, and now I'm not so sure.... They feel much better, on grip and control in any conditions so far... We'll see!

Terrible Tyres. I had them on my 150bhp Clio as well, and they were terrible on that. Not good tyres if you have a sporty car and drive your car quite hard. You can't drive on the limit because the tyre doesn't give you feedback. I changed to Michelin Pilot Exalto tyres and they are fantastic, as are the Goodyear Eagle F1s. I've had the P6000 on my car since I bought it. They wear well, but I don't rate them on a wet road. Hopefully I won't get any more punctures so I'll get a chance to try another make when they wear out - I've replaced five tyres now, but only TWO at a time.

Completely satisfied with the purchase, the price was good and the performance of the tires is brilliant. I've covered a reasonable mileage with very little, if any, noticeable wear to the tread. I would definitely purchase the same tires again and, without hesitation, recommend to anyone to buy.

Honestly, reading around the opinions here I was prepared for the worst... I read about people who went straight to the curved, or people who lost stability over 90 rainy days. Then, feeling these tires, I discovered that those who spoke poorly of the P6000 were only intended for inexperienced drivers who can't handle, first, switching to 90 in wet conditions, second, braking and turning downhill is a matter of science fiction... The worst tires I've ever used. They seemed to be okay in the dry, but as soon as it got wet or worse, they became dangerously unpredictable. The grip was very poor on wet roads, and they had a tendency to aquaplane at the sight of the smallest puddles. I got rid of them with 7mm of tread left before winter arrived!

205/55/16. Excellent tire. Driven for 3 seasons and very pleased. Traction properties are excellent, wear-resistant, easy to balance. Of the minuses...makes a little noise. Worn down to almost zero. Even on tires with minimal tread, the car handles the road perfectly.

Used these tires and was very disappointed in Pirelli. Twice on the track in a light rain, at speeds of 150-160 km/h, I almost lost control, fortunately, the anti-skid system saved me. After that, I didn't drive over 120 km/h on them. I drove out the season and changed them just in case... I strongly advise against them.
