Just what the doctor ordered! A tire for a low price with all the specs. No need to pay extra for fluff. Two seasons, lots of road time and 5 studs lost from one wheel. It's as loud as any winter tire. Balancing was a breeze. Predictable behavior on snow and ice. No problems. I didn't buy it - it came with the car and I was pleasantly surprised.

Replaced with Good year. There was snow and black ice, the car was almost unrecognizable. Almost no wheelspin, doesn't slide into a drift, easy to climb up a hill. Very pleased.

Great tires, both on ice and on snow, I feel confident that I can stop wherever I intend to, and the handling is more to my liking than anything else. The roar only appears after 50-60 km/h. In the rain, you need to be more cautious on this tire, but that's true for any studded tire. In general, if I had known that our tires make good rubber, I would have put all those Conti mice, etc. with their horse prices

Before another winter, I thought about replacing the tires - the old ones were already losing traction. I took the Cordiant Snow Cross. The size was standard, installed without any problems. Over the winter, I managed to drive about 5,000 km: I often drive around the city on business, occasionally go out of town - to my parents, to the cottage, and to the out-of-town shop.

It behaves perfectly on rolled snow. When moving in dense traffic at intersections, it provides a confident start - I never noticed any wheelspin. I especially liked how the braking works on icy patches - the studs dig well into the surface.

Out of town, there was a situation: on a weekend, fresh snow fell, and the road had not been cleared yet. I left in the morning - drove carefully, but at the same time, I didn't feel any uncertainty. The wheels didn't get stuck, they confidently held the trajectory. Even when I hit a section with variable snow cover, the car remained controllable.

There is noise from the studs, but it's even, doesn't irritate. It rather gives a feeling that everything is under control. The pressure remains stable, the sidewall is strong - there were a lot of potholes, but not a single blowout.

Everything good about Cordiant Snow Cross has already been written here, so I'll just recommend these tires as a reliable and proven option for winter use. Cordiant Snow Cross has already been driven for three winters. Even in heavy snowfalls, the tires did not fail - the tread is effectively cleaned and retains traction. The tires have shown good wear resistance - they retain their characteristics.

Winter in 2025 was snowless in Moscow, so the review is about driving on dry asphalt in winter. The noise from the studs is acceptable, at a speed of 100 km/h the ears do not plug up.
It holds well on ice and copes pretty well with snow.
