The LingLong LL700 summer light tire is one of the latest developments from a well-known Chinese manufacturer. This time, the novelty of the Chinese tire industry is designed for compact city cars using wheels with a landing diameter from 13 to 15 inches. At the same time, this model, despite the limited number of offered sizes, has a good applicability. It is ensured by a very competent approach to forming a size range that contains only very popular options. Other features of this tire include stable and reliable handling in any weather conditions, as well as low rolling resistance and high comfort level.
Optimized tread pattern
When developing the LingLong LL700 model, Chinese tire manufacturers paid great attention to ensuring balanced operational qualities. This was largely achieved due to the original tread pattern with a symmetrical non-directional arrangement of individual elements. The main ones are four longitudinal ribs, two of which are located in its central part, and the other two are shoulder zones.
The two longitudinal ribs in the central part are distinguished by a very rigid design, thanks to which they demonstrate high resistance to dynamic deformation during movement. Due to this, the tire demonstrates excellent directional stability, low rolling resistance, and fast and very accurate reactions to the driver's actions.
In turn, the shoulder zones consist of a large number of massive rectangular blocks, the long edges of which are located transversely to the direction of movement. In combination with numerous lamellae on their surface, this allows for very high efficiency of acceleration and braking, especially on wet roads.
Main features of the LingLong LL700 tire
- excellent applicability due to the optimal selection of sizes;
- two wide central longitudinal ribs provide excellent directional stability, as well as fast and accurate reactions to the driver's actions;
- excellent stability when cornering, reliable and stable traction properties in the longitudinal direction due to the shoulder zones containing a large number of transverse traction edges.
