The Delinte WD6 winter tire is installed on compact passenger cars. It is adapted for operation in urban conditions. It is distinguished by its effectiveness on road surfaces with any traction characteristics, reduced fuel consumption, and a long service life.
The tread part of the tire features a directional arrangement of elements. In the central part, these are small blocks. Their arrangement in a checkerboard pattern increases the size of the contact patch and ensures even distribution of the load on the road surface. The transverse edges formed by these blocks have an inclination that increases their length. As a result, the traction effort and braking efficiency on snow are increased. On icy surfaces, these qualities are significantly improved by numerous sinusoidal lamellas.
