Шины на Chrysler Sebring (Крайслер)

The mid-size Chrysler Sebring car from the American manufacturer was produced for 15 years, from 1995 to 2010. The model was presented in three bodies - coupe, sedan, and convertible. Moreover, they entered the market at different times. Throughout its existence, the car underwent three major modifications.

FJ/JX

The first to be released was the coupe, which appeared in 1995. It was based on the universal Mitsubishi platform, which was also used for models such as the Eclipse and Galant. Thanks to it, the manufacturer was able to create the largest coupe in its class with a spacious salon and a soft suspension. The car also stood out for its handling, demonstrating excellent maneuverability (due to the presence of stabilizers of transverse stability). Two power units with 2 liters (4 cylinders) and 2.5 liters (V6) were used as engines. They worked in pair with a "five-speed" or a 4-speed automatic transmission.

In 1996, the production of the convertible started, which was built on the Chrysler Cirrus platform. Despite the fact that the car belonged to the "Sebring" family, it had a completely different design from the coupe. This concerned all nodes and assemblies. 2.4 and 2.5 gasoline engines were used as power units. Both versions of the generation stayed on the assembly line until 2000, after which they were replaced by the next generation.

ST-22/JR

A new generation started in 2001. Now it included three bodies - coupe, sedan, and convertible. If the coupe continued the traditions and was based on the Mitsubishi Eclipse platform of the third generation, then the sedan and convertible had the universal JR platform from Chrysler as their basis. Under the hood of the coupe, two power units with 2.4 and 3 liters were installed. As for the sedan and convertible, which had an identical structure, their "heart" was 2.4 and 2.7-liter engines. Despite the differences in the technical plan, the entire line had a common style in terms of decorative elements: the shape of the headlights, body lines, trim, radiator grille, etc. It is noteworthy that for the European market, the company offered slightly modified versions - the presence of yellow turn signals, turn signal repeaters on mirrors, a deeper seat for the number plate, etc.

JS

In 2007, the production of a new generation started, within which a sedan on the JS platform from Chrysler was presented. The convertible appeared a year later, on the same basis. At the time of the start of sales, the car was equipped with three engines with 2.4, 2.7, and 3.5 liters. Later, a diesel turbocharged version with 2 liters appeared, which was focused on the European sector. It is noteworthy that the engine was taken from Volkswagen. The model existed until 2010. After that, a global modernization was carried out with a change of name to Chrysler 200.

In the Russian Federation, the car did not gain such popularity as in its home country and in a number of European countries. But still, the model can be found on domestic roads even now. In this regard, we want to offer to use the services of the company "Mosavtoshina", where you can buy high-quality tires and wheel disks for "Sebring" of any generation.
