Potholes and joins are easily absorbed, of course, when referring to traditional sizes of unevenness. Relatively soft, but not hard, on uneven asphalt they're quite noisy. Balancing was done well (not more than 20g per wheel). Recently there was rain, so I can add that they handle water well even on the highway.
