Hard, oak-like tires are noisy, painful on potholes + increased fuel consumption, poor dynamics (which Renault didn't have much of anyway). But, yes, I believe they won't wear out for a long time.
At the same time, normal braking distance and handling. I'm surprised, but in the rain, there are absolutely no problems either.
In general, no miracle happened. Mediocre, but cheap. Everything is fair.

Excellent budget tire. Holds the road, drives through puddles with ease. A bit noisy, but it's not a problem for the Grant (considering the car's sound insulation). Quite durable.
