Great tires, especially for the price. This is not the first time I've bought them, I've driven on different sizes, now 225/45/17. I tried switching to Chinese tires, Ovation and some other no-name brand that everyone was raving about, but the verdict based on practical experience is clear: Chinese tires are crap (trust me, taxi drivers drive a lot). Viatti handles perfectly in both heat and rain, it doesn't "float" on hot asphalt, it has great lateral grip, and it stays on course like a train on rails. By the way, in a rut, it's like it's nailed down. The sidewalls are powerful and rigid - I hit a pothole, bent a 2cm forged disc, but there's no sign of a bulge on the tire. It's a bit noisy, but that's the trade-off for the stiff sidewall, and it depends on what you're comparing it to. Is a hundred bucks too much for a noisy tire? It brakes wonderfully. It's a pity that moderation doesn't allow strong language, I'd have commented on the scoundrels who write nonsense here. Don't believe the biased tests of AR and ZR, these corrupt hacks have long discredited themselves, if only they had a shred of conscience left.

Verdict based on experience: excellent, wonderful, and affordable tires, definitely worth buying.
