Chinese tires are Chinese tires. They might be suitable for winter asphalt, but I wouldn't recommend them for regions with temperatures below 15 degrees.

Excellent tires, tested in Krasnodar and Stavropolsky regions this winter. Softer and less noisy than the originals. Great tires for our winter.
