Comparing them to another tire, these Pirellis are significantly quieter than the Conti, stronger than the Nokian (and the tread doesn't wear out as quickly as the Hakkapeliitta), and grip the road much better on any winter road.
The tires themselves are very grippy, they love ice, and do a great job with the slushy snow (even if there is ice beneath it), and fresh, loose snow isn't a problem either.

I bought these tyres to compare them with the Finnish tyres (Hakka 8 and Hakka 9) on ice. It is on the icy track that Pirelli loses to Hakka, even though it behaves very predictably. I can't recommend these tyres for winter competitions, but for everyday use - they are ideal tyres. They significantly win over Hakka 8 in terms of wear resistance, and all the more over Hakka 9. These tyres will serve without problems for

I have Pirelli Ice Zero tyres in size 185/60/14.
I will write by season.
1. Everything is fantastic, best winter tyres ever. They brake wonderfully, handle well. The noise is extremely loud.
2. Everything is the same as 1. The noise is strong. After replacing the tyres I found a nail on the front wheel. I have no idea how I managed to put it there. No shocks.

Price and quality were set on the LHX470 this noise didn’t hear anything like it, but the tread had worn off after two seasons, even though not torn out, the heart was gone completely. If comparing to the Haka 5, better in braking, but gives way in corners.

I've been driving the first Romanian winter tire. It's been good except for a strong rumble, more of a howl, and weak sidewalls.
