I was choosing between this tire and yokohama drive aa01
I bought this tire just a couple of days ago, drove 600 km most of it on highway.
The tire fully met my expectations, even exceeded them. Quiet, really quiet, very comfortable, but still handles corners very well, braking is excellent. Even after my tire wear 5, it seemed softer, in general recommend!
If the wife on my tire asked to go slower at a speed of

The Pirelli Cinturato P1 Verde tires were on my car from the factory. I drove about 70 thousand kilometers on them and was quite satisfied with their characteristics, both on dry asphalt and on a rainy day. Therefore, the question of the tire brand when the time came (by the way, I could have driven a bit more on them, given the remaining tread, but I decided to replace them with new ones for safety reasons) was not an issue.

On the new tires, I've driven about 3000 km since March and I don't regret my choice - the car's behavior hasn't changed, which suits me just fine - the tires are reasonably quiet and predictable.

In Moscow this year, in March-April, the weather was unpredictable. So, when it snowed, I naturally didn't drive on them, but on a dry, sunny day with a low temperature (up to +5 degrees), the tires performed quite well. They balanced well, and the break-in period of 500 to 1000 km passed easily and successfully.

I bought these as a replacement for the factory-fitted Nexen tires on my Solaris, which were somewhat uncertain in corners and would occasionally exhibit slight skidding on long turns (which couldn't be resolved by adjusting the tire pressure). With these tires, all of that is gone, despite the impressive 65 profile (185/65R15), and the handling on dry roads is excellent. When the wheels were assembled with the tire fitters, they noted a very strong reinforcement in the area of the rim mounting point, which made them difficult to install, but this has a positive effect on stability. On wet surfaces, I didn't notice any pulling during sharp turns (which was sometimes a problem with the Nexen tires), and the tires also handle sudden braking well, with the ABS kicking in without the tires making any noise (again, in comparison to the factory-fitted Nexen tires).

Regarding noise: at first, it seemed like the noise had increased, but after the first 500 km, either I got used to it or the tires broke in, I don't know, but now it seems like everything is normal, and Solaris cars aren't known for being quiet anyway.

The tires are made quite well, and with proper balancing, I didn't notice any vibration at speeds of up to 180 km/h. For me, the comfortable speed range is 120-140 km/h, and within this range, the car doesn't pull to one side and runs smoothly. The tires are not very sensitive to road unevenness (I deliberately drove on a rutted road made by trucks), although owners of wider Jeep models may have problems with this. As for durability, I'm not sure how good these tires are, as many people say that the handling comes at the expense of this parameter, so I'll give it 4/5.

    P.S.

I'm thrilled that I replaced the factory tires, as they say: "Everything becomes clear in comparison!" :)

I haven't tested them on snow or ice, but I gave them 5 stars so as not to lower the overall rating :)

Hello everyone! I decided to share my impressions of purchasing these tires. I bought them in March 2023. At the time of writing this review, the mileage is 500 km. For the first 200 km, I ran them in very carefully, not exceeding 100 km/h, making careful turns and smooth braking. After that, I started testing the tires. They are very quiet and comfortable, a bit stiff on large bumps, but they perform wonderfully in turns, holding the line perfectly. When entering a turn on the correct trajectory, you can pass it at a speed of 100-120 km/h. I liked the braking on dry and wet surfaces. The braking efficiency increases as the tires warm up to working temperature. I'm satisfied with my choice, it's the best option for the money. Size 185/65/15 88H. Car - Skoda Octavia A5.

Operated on 188x55 R15. Sideliners are soft. Got into a good ditch on the asphalt - a bulge on the side. But did not puncture. After drove for half a season - did not descend. Next season pierced a side wall on the entire wheel on the curb, had to buy two new tires.

I read reviews and decided to share my experience. The tires are from 2016, original, from the factory, with a mileage of 104 thousand km, mostly 90% on the highway, and the wear is less than half of the tread indicator. They can be noisy depending on the road surface, but on good roads, it's not noticeable. People write that they are hard, which is noticeable in the autumn and spring when the temperature is cold at night and early in the morning, but these are summer tires and they are perfect for hot days. On wet roads, in the rain, they handle wonderfully and maintain stability, braking well - in such conditions, I dry the brakes more often. I don't have any vibrations or imbalance, I had one puncture on the left rear wheel from a self-tapping screw near a construction store, I don't go there anymore, and I had it vulcanized at a service station without any problems. I change tires on the same rims, balancing them every time, and I have a brand new full-size spare tire that I've never had to use. Next year, I'm thinking of replacing them, since they will be 10 years old, and I'll take the same ones, as they fully satisfy me.

Excellent tires, no noise, excellent traction in the rain. Thought they would wear out quickly being very soft, but after 23,000 km they still feel like new.

The first two seasons were fine, the tires were quiet and performed their function normally. But then wear and tear took its toll, the tread is still okay, probably the manufacturer only uses a thin outer layer of quality rubber and when it wears out, wheelspin appears and the braking distance increases. The noise increases as the tires wear out.

Tires are the only thing that connects the car to the road. It's essential that they are of the best quality. Due to the fact that the tires are soft, we have quietness and excellent grip on warm (above +10) asphalt. In the range of 0...+10, they are noisy because they become hard. A large resource is not expected, since softness = wear and tear. It's comfortable to drive on them when passing over bumps, there's a feeling of a quality thing. After other good tires, the difference may not be very noticeable, but if you replace the native tires of an economy-class car with Pirelli, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I recommend. I haven't driven on them yet on the highway or in heavy rain. On the MKAD at 110 km/h, they're excellent.

Excellent tires, in my opinion, the optimal price/quality ratio. I've already installed the second set. They hold the road, are comfortable, withstand loads and bad road surfaces.
