Well, for someone who drives on half-deflated tires, you can't drive with 2.2 atmospheres, then they become hard and the point of 88 softness is lost, but that's my thought, I took the ones with a hard sidewall, I pumped 1.9-2.0 atm and it's okay, at least you're not afraid of getting a puncture, but I bought these because such ones are installed on the front.
