On pure asphalt or ice, it still drives okay, but on snow it drives with great difficulty or not at all... For such a price, it should be able to drive everywhere and anywhere... What's the point of such a price then?

Good tires for Moscow... if you like to speed regardless of the road conditions, or like me, racing on icy MCD shoulders... on deep snow, I'd rate them 4+, on ice 5-, on wet/dry asphalt 3... cross-grip is weak. After 8000 km, one stud came off the rear wheel... but I use the handbrake 2-3 times a day during winter... when the road allows it. I bought them for 5500 rubles in Oct 2021... and I think they shouldn't cost more than 6.5-7 thousand rubles.
