Moderately noisy, handles the road well.

Great tires. They hold the road as they should. At first, I even thought that the anti-skid system wasn't working. The light on the panel isn't on. Then I rocked them at speed, not all okay)))

I bought it as a replacement for my worn-out Kumho. I'm impressed by the number of studs, 200 per wheel, for comparison, my old tire had about 100. When driving on asphalt, there is a strong noise from the studs. The behavior on ice is confident and predictable. Deep snow does not cause any problems. With a short mileage, it's impossible to assess wear, it's just not visible.

It's hard to compare as I was driving on Hankook Winter I Pike X W429 last winter and on front-wheel drive cars.
But here it's a four-wheel drive and the behavior is absolutely different, no need to dig through the snow to the ground and pull a swinging rear 😅😅😅.
So, Nexen - 3,000 miles driven. As expected, I ran in the tires without jerks and accelerations for the first 1,000 km. Then there were jerks and a couple of extreme braking.
In the snow on four-wheel drive, there are no problems at all, it pulls out as it should.
City - rain, snow, ice, slush, no problems at all speed ranges.
Highway - speed from 50 to 150, surface asphalt, ice, snow, slush. Didn't notice any particular problems.
With aquaplaning, probably 4 out of 5 (Hankook was better)
Driving at speed on an uncleared highway for 2,500 km, the car only swung once after hitting snow and immediately caught the road. In general, the tire is on a solid
4.5-4.8 out of 5 points.
The noise from the tire is not annoying, I had studded tires before, didn't notice any significant difference in noise 👍.
All the studs are in place.

Noisy. Yes, on a boxy Defender, its sound dominates all others starting from 70 km/h. But it rides perfectly. On snow and ice, it's just perfect. It holds reliably. The stars are rated with the adjustment that it is installed on a bridge Defender.
